At Island Hopper Charters, we look forward to making your boat cruise special and something you'll remember for years to come. Your guide will be Captain Randy Smith, a local Charleston native who has over 40 years of experience on the Charleston waterways. Randy Smith is a USCG licensed captain who puts great emphasis on safety and fun.
